Leith is a senior practitioner in land development, residential construction, and housing innovation with deep roots across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Past Chair of BILD and Past President of OHBA, he has served on three Ontario provincial advisory bodies and delivered affordable housing through modern methods of construction for municipal nonprofits and First Nations communities.

Jo is a cross-sector strategist specializing in market entry, asset repositioning, and moving complex projects from ambition to execution by bringing business, government, and community interests together. Her current work includes advancing the adoption of modern methods of construction (MMC) and managing the development of an investment fund for affordable homeownership.
