Isabelle Poirier

Founder & Principal

Isabelle founded Intelegia and leads its interprovincial market development practice. She has delivered more than 150 mandates across Canada in economic development, enterprise growth, and multi-stakeholder facilitation, with active engagements in Ontario, Quebec, and northern Canada. Her cross-sector work covers the built environment, housing, mobility, clean energy, natural resources, advanced manufacturing, and technology, all increasingly defined by the energy transition and digital transformation. In northern Canadian markets, that work sits where supply chain and capacity-building considerations intersect. She is Vice-Chair of the board of Honour The Work and a director of Mabelle Arts, and her teaching and speaking work reaches universities including McGill, UQAM, Waterloo, and Georgia Tech, as well as federal agencies in Canada and the United Kingdom.
