Claude Dionne
Senior Advisor — Executive Coaching & Change Leadership
Claude is a strategic advisor and executive coach with thirty years of experience supporting leaders, executive teams, and business owners through complex decisions, transitions, and change. He contributes to Intelegia mandates that require senior counsel to CEOs and management teams responsible for implementing change, improving productivity, and driving progress. His work covers manufacturing, construction, aerospace, marine transport, forestry, mining, and food processing, with clients in Quebec, across Canada, and internationally. His mandates typically involve clarifying strategic direction, translating vision into concrete and measurable action, strengthening executive team cohesion, and supporting implementation until results are achieved. He also brings deep expertise in ownership transition and business succession, guiding both incoming leaders and outgoing owners through the twelve- to thirty-six-month window where the real value of an acquisition is either preserved or lost. Over three decades, he has held founding and senior leadership roles in Canadian strategy consulting practices. He holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the Université de Montréal and an MBA in Management from Concordia University's Executive MBA Program.
