Isabelle is a co-founder of the Montreal-based economic research firm EB DATA. As the Head of Research and Investment Strategies for the firm, Isabelle occupies several responsibilities to help governmental and private corporations achieve their goals. Her responsibilities include:

- Product development management for information products to optimize clients’ long term growth and development, in particular for investment promotion and projects. Isabelle is also a contributor to strategic investment climate assessment frameworks, including relationships with potential investors and stakeholders.
- Advisory for the redesign of websites of government economic development departments and agencies with the objective of enhancing their ability to promote business and investment attraction.
- Lead contributor to the new generation of EB DATA’s investment targeting methodologies and based upon the corresponding web-based Investment Attraction Lead Solution.
- Senior executive responsible for the investment monitoring function at EB DATA since its inception in 1998 and on-going daily operations
- Focus group facilitation (with community groups, employees, local stakeholders, economic development officers)
- Advisor on corporate social responsibility, sustainable development and community relations initiatives
Due to Isabelle’s particular interest in web-based technologies aiming at the improvement of outreach, communication and stakeholder engagement - and also because she gets bored easily - Isabelle has taken on the responsibility as the Director of Intelegia, a subsidiary of EB DATA.
